Note: We currently ship only within India.

8. Delivery & Handover

All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect details or absence, re-delivery attempts may be made.

9. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

At Medral Healthcare Industries, product quality and hygiene are of top priority.
Hence, all sales are final once an order is placed.

However, we do accept replacement or refund requests under the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

• You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If your request is approved:

• Replacement products are dispatched within 8–10 business days.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
