How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from your profile and settings on the Platform. Please note this action is permanent and you will lose all your account information. We may delay deletion if there are pending orders, grievances, or legal obligations.
Placing an Order
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
No. Since we begin processing orders quickly, we do not allow changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
